The 2011 Arkansas Rice Expo was held on August 4 and offered a chance to
feed your brain, your need for fun and your Razorback fix all in one
place.
The Arkansas Rice Expo was held at the Rice Research and Extension
Center, 2900 Hwy 130 East in Stuttgart. Registration opened at 9:30 a.m. Field
tours and main stage demonstrations began at 10 a.m.
There were competitions for adults and kids, cooking and lifestyle
demonstrations. Take a look at highlights from this year's Expo.
