Globe Cryptomeria (Cryptomeria japonica ‘Globosa Nana’) is an amazing bowling-ball shaped evergreen that is a staple in landscapes all over Atlanta because it requires no shearing. Globe Cryptomeria grows well in full sun and in partial shade, but avoid sites that are sunny, windy, and exposed. Mature height is about 3.5’.
