Nursery, Greenhouse and Garden Center Production

Although Arkansas is ranked 43rd in national nursery production this area of horticulture offers tremendous opportunities for growth based on the positive attributes of transportation, land, and water resources.

Garden centers provide a critical service in Arkansas by providing professional service, high quality plants, and a diverse selection of hard goods and gardening supplies.

You may also want to check out the Arkansas Plant Evaluation Program. This is a statewide program designed to evaluate woody and herbaceous plant material over a three to five year period of time.
