of the Arkansas varieties; up to 24 percent soluble solids.
Berry Size - Medium-small, 2 to 3 grams.
Berry Texture - Slipskin; melting texture; skin thickness less than
many eastern table grapes.
Cluster Size - Medium-large, 300 grams average.
Yield - Moderate, 5 to 8 tons/acre.
Maturity Date - Approximately July 29 at Clarksville, Arkansas.
Hardiness - The hardiest of the Arkansas varieties. Has withstood
minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit in Midwest U.S. evaluations.
Comments - Medium vigor; susceptible to fruit cracking if rains occur
near maturity; moderate resistance to common fungal diseases but does require
fungicide sprays for successful production; seed trace free.
