University of Arkansas Extension Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness section hosted five regional farm management seminars in December.

CPE: Continuing Professional Education Credits were available for Arkansas
Certified Crop Advisors, Certified Public Accountants, and accredited members of
the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
Attendees were provided specific information about products and strategies
that will help in managing production, financial and marketing risks. The
general farm management topics delivered by a combination of agricultural
industry and university specialists included: machinery economics and precision
agriculture, ag financial management, crop budgeting and production costs, farm
policy, grain basis, and commodity marketing.
