Arkansas Agritourism Initiative

Welcome, agritourism providers. This is your organization.

The Arkansas Agritourism Initiative (AAI) is a partnership between entities at the forefront of the agriculture and tourism industries in the state. The mission of AAI is to serve as your partner to promote awareness and development that will help better the future of the agritourism industry.

AAI will work on a number of components to further develop the agritourism industry. These components include:

  • Create and maintain a statewide inventory of existing activities and vendors in the state.
  • Develop training for current and prospective agritourism providers.
  • Assist in the coordination of a statewide agritourism marketing campaign.
  • Research legal and liability issues associated with farm-based operations.
  • Investigate relevant information on job development, new markets and product development.
  • Research and document policy issues requiring legislative action.

AAI is excited to work closely with you to ensure that Arkansas is a recognized national leader in agritourism development.
